celebration. Subject to availability. All members are welcomed.

In this interactive talk, Henrietta Flynn* will be discussing how we
can hold more impactful conversations at work, recognising the
increasingly diverse teams we work in, and the time pressures we all
face.  Focussing on the importance of deep listening and supportive
challenge in a safe and honest environment she’ll share some
practical tools from the world of leadership coaching, with a chance
to try some in action.

Learn how this can help bring out the best in your teams and in
yourself.

Please contact Susan Hunter Jones (susan.hunterjones@aviva.com)
to register for the session.
