"I found the article on 'New tech & big data' by Richard Keating extremely interesting. Insurance is still distributed very traditionally with annual renewal dates, clunky underwriting, price-driven consumers and inefficient distribution. Look what the banking industry has done, jumping from high street to apps in a short space of time. Can the insurance industry respond as well or as quickly?"
