We welcome Nick Spencer's feedback in his letter in the August edition of The Actuary following attendance at a recent professional skills training session, particularly the 8/10 for the focus on whistleblowing.
As for the Eurovision-style award of 0 points for the preferred course of action in the case study - we accept that there will often be a range of views as to the best possible solution, depending on all the circumstances.
We are pleased to see that the case studies are achieving their aim of generating discussion and provoking thought!
