Satisfaction survey success

One of the key performance indicators in the IFoA annual corporate plan measures volunteer satisfaction.

This was measured by the annual volunteer satisfaction survey, undertaken in February 2019, and we are delighted to report that the 2018/2019 volunteer satisfaction survey has succeeded in achieving a result of 82% ‘satisfied/very satisfied’. The IFoA provides a wide range of opportunities for members to volunteer. From working parties and committees to career ambassadors and buddies, members get involved to shape the future of the profession and share expertise.
