Life Research Committee seeks working party volunteers

Open-access content Wednesday 8th May 2019 — updated 5.50pm, Wednesday 29th April 2020

Three new working parties are in the process of being established.

These are:

  • Artificial intelligence and automation's effect on the work of life and health and care actuaries.
  • Long-term product guarantees - do they have a future in the UK? What could make them more affordable and attractive?
  • Impact of regulation on risk management - to what extent does regulation incentivise good long-term risk management, and are there unintended consequences?

If you are interested in volunteering, please keep an eye on the current list of vacancies.
