The new professional skills training videos are available on the IFoA website. The video case studies offer a convenient, engaging way to enhance and refresh your professional skills.

Topics covered in the videos and accompanying materials include communicating and presenting findings and conducting negotiations.

Other key aspects of professionalism covered in the videos include calling out inappropriate behaviour, being appropriately prepared for meetings, knowing your role and keeping within your area of competence.

Each case study has a supplementary video in which actuaries share their insights on the case studies and discuss the professional ethical issues covered in the videos.

You can find our new video case studies listed under professional skills training in the online resources and training section of the IFoA website.
