The IFoA recognises the contribution of members and non-members to the
advancement of the actuarial profession through a number of awards. As a leading public interest professional body, we work to raise the profile of actuaries and promote actuarial science and its value to society.

Honorary Fellowship is awarded to non-members who have a direct connection to the profession and add value to the work that actuaries do. You can nominate a non-member for Honorary Fellowship using our online nomination form.

The IFoA Gold Medal is awarded for work of pre-eminent importance in the actuarial field, and the Finlaison Medal is awarded to IFoA members in recognition of service to the actuarial profession. You can nominate recipients for the Gold and Finlaison Medals using our online nomination forms.

You can find further information on IFoA awards and previous award recipients on the IFoA website.
