Candidates sought for IFoA awards

Open-access content Wednesday 5th September 2018 — updated 5.50pm, Wednesday 29th April 2020

We are seeking nominations for our Honorary Fellowship and Gold and Finlaison Medal awards.

As a leading public interest professional body, we work to raise the profile of actuaries and promote actuarial science and its value to society. Honorary Fellowship and the Gold and Finlaison Medals are awarded to recognise the contribution of members and non-members to the advancement of the actuarial profession.

Honorary Fellowship is awarded to non-members with a direct connection to the profession who add value to the work that actuaries do.

The Gold Medal is awarded for work of pre-eminent importance in the actuarial field.

The Finlaison Medal is awarded to IFoA members in recognition of service to the actuarial profession.

Visit the IFoA website for further details on how you can nominate candidates for these prestigious IFoA awards. Nominations will close on 19 October 2018.
