Do you think the IFoA's disciplinary scheme is accessible? Your views are welcome
The IFoA's disciplinary board is examining the level of cases that pass through our disciplinary process (see the Disciplinary Board's Annual Report at bit.ly/2b5JFYo).
As part of our scrutiny role, we want to explore the source of complaints. In particular, we want to reinforce public confidence that the level of cases investigated reflects a robust framework.
We are seeking opinions on this issue from a range of perspectives, including employers, regulators and users of actuarial services.
