Well done to Phil Lloyd on completing his first Ironman triathlon in Zurich and raising more than £3,000 for Parkinson's UK, a national charity that offers support to people with Parkinson's and their carers and leads the work to find a cure for the condition.
Phil entered the Ironman as a personal challenge as well as to raise money for Parkinson's UK. He trained for the event for a year and completed the 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and marathon run in a time of less than 13 hours.
