He has previously run his own management consultancy and fulfilled product and business development roles at Swiss Life, Jersey Trust Company, and St. James's Place. Mr Charters was also chief executive of Swiss Life Funds in Dublin.

"I am delighted to be joining OAC at this exciting stage of its development and am looking forward to helping the company to grow over the coming years," he said.

Christopher Critchlow, OAC chief executive, added: "With Graeme's experience and expertise, I am confident that we will achieve our ambitious growth plans"
