Following your feedback, we changed our CPD Scheme to make it simpler and more forward-looking in order to support you in carrying out meaningful learning. The first year of the new CPD Scheme ended recently. We hope you have now had the opportunity to reflect on your learning and development during your reflective practice discussion (RPD – bit.ly/IFoA_RPD).
We have recently published a consultation that sets out proposed approaches we are considering regarding our charter commitments under the UK’s Green Finance Education Charter and our regulatory framework, including the Actuaries’ Code.
We’re living in a changed world, which is why your IFoA membership is evolving. We hope that you’ve noticed improvements to your IFoA membership over the last 12 months, such as a new CPD Scheme, online exams and an expanded lifelong learning programme, to name just a few. However, we’re not stopping there – you can expect more changes and improvements to come over the next year.
