As part of the IFoA CPD Scheme, members should participate in an RPD with an ‘Appropriate Person’ every CPD year. The IFoA has established a pool of volunteers for members who are unable to identify an Appropriate Person with whom to have their RPD.

Through a wide-ranging, open discussion, the volunteer will support the member in assessing the value and outcomes of their CPD activities, and whether their learning needs were addressed.

All Appropriate Person Pool members will receive training (via webinar).
