Employer and area of work

Willis Towers Watson - global services and solutions.

How would your best friend describe you?

I'd like to say "always smiling and always up for a laugh", but last week he did conclude that I was "the worst bloke ever".

What motivates you?

Getting all my work done so that I can go for a cool, refreshing beer.

What would be your personal motto?

Stems from the way I ski; just go straight - no turning.

Name five dream companions to be stuck on a desert island with?

Donald Trump - so no one else has to deal with him.

Jesus - he can turn water into wine.

My two brothers - so we can play sport all day and argue over who's the best.

Wilson from the film Cast Away.

What's your most 'actuarial' habit?

Modelling my fantasy football team extensively; not that it's helped me in any way this year.

Favourite Excel function?

SUM - simple yet effective.

How do you relax away from the office?

Several sports and anything that will make me laugh. Going for a run also helps me de-stress.

What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently?

The Grand Union unlimited Prosecco deal.

Alternative career choice?

Accountant - it would be easier to explain, and everyone thinks it's what I do anyway.

What song best describes your work ethic?

Gotta Get Thru This - Daniel Bedingfield.

Greatest risk you have ever taken?

The Grand Union unlimited Prosecco deal.

If you could go back in history, who would you like to meet?

Leslie Nielsen - no one has made me laugh as much as he has in every one of his films.

If there was a movie produced about your life, who would play you, and why?

Jonah Hill - he seems to have sarcasm down to a fine art and so would be perfect for the job.

If you could be anyone else, who would it be?

Luke Glazier from our Reigate office, he's much better looking than me.
