IFoA communities offers the opportunity for you to connect globally, discuss emerging topics, learn from experts, meet like-minded individuals and collaborate in an easy-to-navigate environment.
Our practice boards, committee members and volunteers have spent the past few months building a rich and active community, ready for you to join hot-topic discussions and access a range of engaging content.
IFoA communities is built by members for members, so you can quickly and easily find relevant practice area information, events and resources, and share your views on IFoA initiatives and activities.
How to join
Log in to the members’ area on the IFoA website (actuaries.org.uk/user) and click on the IFoA communities logo to join.
Once you have logged onto the platform, instructions will show you how to set up your profile and get started. As soon as you set up your profile, you can create a new discussion or join an existing one, and contact other community members directly.
IFoA communities is a space to share your curiosity and expertise, advance leading-edge discussions and make a difference. You will find a supportive, inclusive community where you can collaborate, learn and problem-solve with peers.
