Sign up to the Actuarial Mentoring Programme 2021

Open-access content Wednesday 5th May 2021

Join a community of more than 20 organisations, including PwC and Bank of England, in our global cross-company mentoring initiative to advance inclusion and diversity for your organisation and within the actuarial sector.

Mentoring

Now entering its fourth year, this proven, tried and tested programme provides practical tangible results to retain and accelerate diverse talent in your organisation.

Delivered by diversity specialists at Moving Ahead, and in partnership with the IFoA and sponsorship from Pension Insurance Corporation, we are now inviting organisations to take part.

Rt Hon Baroness Morgan of Cotes, former chair of the Treasury Select Committee, has said: “It’s great to see so many senior champions advocating mentoring and diversity across the actuarial profession. We know there is still too much of a lack of diversity at the top of the financial services sector, including the actuarial profession. I am sure that the Actuarial Mentoring Programme will play a key part in changing that. I would like to congratulate the IFoA for driving this initiative and Pension Insurance Corporation for their support, which has set an example I hope others in the sector follow.”
