Diversity: we want to hear from you

Open-access content Wednesday 3rd February 2021

By now, you should have received an email inviting you to take part in our Diversity Monitoring survey.

Our aim is to better monitor diversity and inclusion so we can understand whether the IFoA is equally accessible to different communities, and deliver targeted initiatives in partnership with our volunteer community – delivering on our promise to be a member-centred professional body.

Your input is important: the more data we can capture on our membership’s make-up, the better we will be able to analyse and monitor the effectiveness of our diversity and inclusion policies and processes.

The survey will be open until 15 February. Please take this opportunity to help us monitor the effectiveness of our diversity and inclusion policies and processes, and deliver the support and improvements our members need.

If you haven’t received your email and survey link, please contact [email protected]

You can find out more about diversity and inclusion at the IFoA by visiting our Diversity Hub at bit.ly/2LzwuTf
