Are you a sole practitioner, or working in a small firm?

Are you a sole practitioner or work in a small firm of actuaries? Would you welcome the opportunity to network and discuss ideas and common issues with others in the same position? If so, we would like to hear from you.

The Actuarial Profession is thinking about establishing a member interest group for sole practitioners and those working in smaller firms and is seeking expressions of interest in joining such a group. Member interest groups link together members with a common interest or focus and are designed to operate autonomously, providing their own intellectual capital. They do not report (in a governance sense) to any other body within the profession, are open for all members to join and are free from bureaucracy in that they can determine their own organisation and ways of working.

Details of the existing groups are available via www.actuaries.org.uk/members/pages/member-interest-groups

If you would be interested in joining a group for sole practitioners, or have any other ideas for a member interest group, contact Audrey Cosens audrey.cosens@actuaries.org.uk
